Data collection and Activity Registration
Sharon Wheeler Foundation collects personal data from the Platform, when entered or voluntarily submitted by our user, which includes, but is not limited to access, creation of an access account, navigation and use of services.
We also collect data through our Website and Landing Page, when entered or voluntarily submitted by the user when filling out forms present on the pages. Applicable Law & Court
Sharon Wheeler Foundation is governed by the public law of the Netherlands. To settle any litigation or controversy involving this Platform, will be elected the Jurisdiction of the Courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
